COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Preparedness

At Baltimore Potomac Truck Centers the safety of our customers, employees, and business partners is our top priority. We are taking the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation very seriously and are taking proactive measures to ensure we meet the needs of our customers while acting responsibly to limit the spread of any illness, including COVID-19.

As such, we have adopted specific measures that you may notice when you visit or interact with any of our locations, all of which are in compliance with recommended guidelines issued by governmental agencies. Our staff will be periodically cleaning high-touch areas such as counters, doorknobs, restrooms, etc. And we will be practicing “social distancing” which includes avoiding handshakes and allowing more personal space when interacting with our customers and amongst employees. We also encourage our customers to call ahead so that we’re ready to serve you, with pre-arranged parts pick-up and expedited check-in process in our service departments. You may also notice that our outside salespeople may not visit you as they would regularly, and instead we’ve directed them to work remotely as much as possible. With modern technology and connectivity resources, we aim to provide you with the same level of service you deserve and have come to expect even in these uncertain times. These measures and many more are being implemented with your best interests in mind.

The Baltimore Potomac Truck Center team is closely monitoring developments and is meeting regularly during this very fluid time to continuously assess our business practices to ensure we are acting in the best interest of our customers and employees. We will continue to keep you updated if any future developments necessitate additional proactive measures. We are open for business and remain committed to doing so responsibly.

Thank you for your continued business.

Sincerely,
Steven E. Parker
